Permitted use
Use ProtoScrape for lawful research, product development, search analysis and related workflows for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. Respect applicable law, third-party rights and the terms relevant to your use of upstream services and returned material.
Prohibited use
- Submitting stolen credentials, payment-card data, secrets, sensitive personal data or information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Attempting unauthorized access, defeating access controls, compromising accounts, delivering malware or exploiting the service.
- Harassment, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination or collecting personal data without an appropriate basis.
- Fraud, impersonation, illegal content, infringement or using results to misrepresent an affiliation with an upstream platform.
- Evading quotas or suspensions, creating accounts to abuse trial credits, sharing or reselling account access without authorization, or intentionally overloading the service.
Your responsibility
Keep keys private, set appropriate limits in your application and validate returned data. The API does not give you rights to republish third-party content or make consequential decisions about individuals. Do not represent generated answers as verified facts.
Reporting and enforcement
Report security concerns or misuse to ha9kou@gmail.com. Include a request identifier and a description without secrets or unnecessary personal data. We may limit or suspend affected accounts while investigating, and take proportionate action under the terms of service. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
